Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes.
- Implement employee development plans and training programs.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and policies.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs.
- Coordinate orientation and ongoing training for staff.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze data.
HR Strategy:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession planning.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate HR metrics and reports for management.
- Analyze trends in employee turnover and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with occasional travel for recruitment or training purposes.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
