What You’ll Do Field Service & Customer Support
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems at customer locations
- Train customers on system operation, software, and preventative maintenance
- Provide remote technical support via phone and internet
- Work flexible hours, including nights & weekends as needed
Production Support (When Not Traveling)
- Assist in building and repairing systems & sensors at our Columbus, GA facility
- Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and technical documents
Administration & Documentation
- Schedule and manage all travel arrangements
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Submit detailed service and expense reports
- Keep a valid driver’s license & passport
What We’re Looking For
✅ Education & Experience: Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or software engineering (or 3-5 years of relevant work experience)
✅ Technical Skills: Strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting abilities
✅ Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and adaptability in industrial settings
✅ Communication Skills: Professional and clear interactions with customers & team members
✅ Work Ethic: Self-motivated, organized, and dependable
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and work in tight spaces
- Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying temperature condition
- Comfortable working in manufacturing environments with dust and airborne particles
