Seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Account Manager for driving domestic and international sales of specialized dental equipment that encompasses Endodontic and Implant/Surgery delivery.

Our sales are primarily North American based with direct sales to dentists, dental schools, and organizations. We are expanding our proven product line into additional specialty markets and international sales.

Ideal candidate would have expertise and ability to learn in order to promote our product line to dental school residents and provide consultative sales follow through with incoming leads. We are a small specialized manufacturer with sales growth opportunities and require a “hands-on” capable account manager who can operate at a high level but also willingness to do to fundamental sales tasks including selling administrative tasks.

Duties will include:

Inside Sales – Will work with select dental specialists and product lines. Includes answering sales calls, emails, and leads obtained through our HubSpot CRM. Will utilize consultative selling by providing information on product and configurations to interested dentists. Will provide quotes and equipment layout configurations.

Tradeshow Set Up and Attendance – Will travel and exhibit at select dental meetings around the country. Includes about nine shows per year at present. Will assist with pre-tradeshow planning, booth packing and the physical booth set up and tear-down. Travel will be approximately 15% of time. And may include occasional international travel.

Manage Dental School Programs and Lunch & Learn Presentations – Will work with dental schools to place our equipment for use by residents and will ensure our equipment is well maintained for positive image. Will provide professional product demonstration to residents in dental schools via Zoom meetings from our showroom or by occasional travel to schools for an in-person presentation.

Provide Showroom Presentations – Will provide company tours and demonstrations of our product line to interested leads who visit our showroom.

Manage Key Lecturers (KOLS) and VIPs – Will maintain listing and provide support of key dentists who are lecturers and influencers in the dental space who recommend ASI dental equipment. Will obtain Office Profiles for select dental offices to be used in our marketing programs.

Sales Training Management – Will assist in maintaining comprehensive training materials for our dental equipment product line. Program includes written documents, videos, and links to all necessary information to be utilized for product knowledge and sales techniques.

Additional Duties – Will include verification of customer systems shipping out along with other sales related duties.
