ASI is seeking an experienced, full-time Production and Irrigation Operations Manager to lead and oversee field operations in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is integral to ensuring the efficiency, quality, and safety of irrigation system installations, maintenance, and repairs. THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PRODUCTION AND IRRIGATION OPERATIONS MANAGER
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Employees report to a central location before deploying to job sites.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities of irrigation and pump crews, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with quality standards. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems and pump stations, conducting site inspections, and managing resource allocation. You will lead and mentor teams, enforce safety protocols, and facilitate training to maintain high performance standards. Additionally, you will oversee equipment and inventory management, maintain project documentation, and collaborate with account managers and operations teams to ensure accurate billing and timely service delivery.
OUR IDEAL PRODUCTION AND IRRIGATION OPERATIONS MANAGER
- 3 years of experience in irrigation systems, pumps, or water management
- 1 years in a supervisory role
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and hydraulic designs
- Experience with electrical systems and control panels related to pump stations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to work outdoors, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in various conditions
OSHA or other safety certifications are preferred. A CDL is also a huge plus!
