- Pay range is between $23.45 to $25.51 hourly. Can increase based on experience with possible increases after 6 months from date of hire.
- ACRS pays 100% for employee only HMO/Virtual Plus medical benefits. Additional options are covered anywhere from 75% to 85%.

- Operates switchboard, solicits enough information to direct the call to the correct party; take messages if the called party is not available or directs call to voice mail; assists staff in making special calls such as long distance. Greets and directs clients and other guests.
- Coordinates and maintains all agency intake packets requested by programs.
- Assists other Administrative Staff in the handling of Administrative Services Requests/duties such as but not limited to, copying/faxing documents, production of presentation materials, mail distribution, maintenance of administration equipment and opening/closing of agency office.
- Responsible for the sorting and distribution of inter-office mail and the processing of agency postal mail.
- Attends all agency, program and team meetings, in-service trainings, and supervision.
- Other job-related duties as assigned by management.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent with minimum one (1) year in office clerical profession; OR
- HS diploma or equivalent, with minimum of four (4) years experience in office clerical profession.
- Requires strong attention to detail in performing a variety of administrative tasks.
- Ability to provide effective and respectful quality care and services that are responsive to diverse cultural beliefs and practices. Prefer fluency in Vietnamese or Korean language.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both native English speakers and speakers of English as a second language; to use and organize reference sources to assist a diverse group of callers and walk-in visitors with wide variety of questions; to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy, mental health waiting room.
- Competency in use of the Microsoft Office and other relevant software for word processing, calendaring, e-mail, and data entry. Efficiently research and perform various tasks via the internet.
- Must have typing skills (30 WPM); proficiency with MS Word preferred.
