POSITION TITLE : Case Manager II – Pathways To Our Future POSITION DUTIES : Responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating youth groups and training, recruiting and engaging youth in the implementation process of the Pathways to Our Future program or other youth programs; provide outreach and resource education to the target population in English and Mandarin; provide quality services with attention to cultural relevance, competency, diversity, equity, and inclusion; coordinate day-to-day operation of the program and collaborate with schools and other youth serving providers in development of the program; and prepare and complete program reports in a timely manner (40%). Provide quality case management and individual support services to the target population; and consult, coordinate, and collaborate with other professional agencies (25%). Prepare records according to agency policy and meet contract and agency requirements; and ensure quality care and services to the target population (15%). Participates in supervision and training as required by the program (20%). 20-60% telecommuting within MSA. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : Master’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a closely related field, or foreign degree equivalent. Mandarin language fluency required. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a closely related field, or foreign degree equivalent and 2 years of experience coordinating children or youth programs in lieu of a Master’s degree. SALARY : $64,483.73 / year to $102,352.29 / year BENEFITS :
