Job Title: CMMS Assistant / Document Control Specialist III
Location: Portsmouth, NH, USA, 03801
Duration: 03 months
Pay rate: $22 hr on W2 AI only
Notes:
- Need candidates who can commit to at least 4 hours a day, ideally 5-6.
- FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE - FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED

Job Description:
- Responsible for assisting CMMS Administration - computerized maintenance management system with the handling of completed work order records.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve Work records from the inbox and filing cabinets
- Stack and Sort Records by Work Order Number
- Relocate Sorted work orders to holding locations and hallway filed records
- Requires use of transfer cart and moving stacks of work order packets
- Use of hanging folders for grouping work orders
- Create labels for folders using a label maker
Minimum Required Qualifications/Skills:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to work well independently Ability to handle large volumes of paper records involving frequent task repetition
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge in database management is preferred
