Job Title: Equity Swaps Business Analyst

Duration: 06 Months (Estimated Start date: 3/3/2025, Estimated End date: 9/3/2025)

Work location: New York, NY 10020

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days remote in a week)

PR Range: $75/hr - $85/hr on w2

Job Description:

• 5-10 years experience working as a Front Office Business analyst in Prime Services, Swap business. The role is cross-functional with the elements of Business Analysis, Software Testing, and Product Support.
• In-depth knowledge of Total Return Swaps, Portfolio Swaps, Basket Swaps, and/or Synthetic Prime Business.
• Detailed knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecycle and Regulatory Requirements (CFTC, SEC, etc.) and entire trading flows, including hedge executions, swap creation, corporate actions, trading P&L, cashflows, payments, and client reporting.
• Front office technology experience with a core Equity Swaps platform, namely Swap One OR Nuvo Prime, is required; experience with Calpyso, Murex, and Sophis may also be considered.
• Hands-on with producing Business Analysis Artifacts, including BRD, Functional Flows, and test cases.
• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex material.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
