Job Title : Help Desk IT support
Location : Columbus OH 43219
Pay : $20 - $21 hr. on W2
Duration : 12 months
Job Description :
- Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, and chat for IT-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist with setting up new devices, including desktop and laptop configurations.
- Handle routine IT tasks including password resets, account lockouts, and access requests.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support teams when necessary.
- Document and track all user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring efficient issue resolution.
- Maintain and update knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
Required Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
