Job Title : HYBRID Account Manager - Business Development
Location : Phoenix, AZ (on site 2-3 days / week)
Duration : Full-Time perm
Base Salary : 60k-75k uncapped commission, benefits, W2
HYBRID ROLE (2-3 days WFH)
MUST BE LOCATED in PHX area - USA BASED
The Account Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing clients, managing existing relationships as well as building new relationships.
MUST HAVES / BE :
- Sales experience – Business Development (closing, pipeline building, account mgmt., market share, etc.)
- Staff industry experience – 2 yrs preferred
- Ability to get past the gate-keepers and build relationships with decision-makers, high-level execs, director level POC's
- Experience and extremely comfortable with customer-facing meetings / presentations / appointments / entertainment.
- Ability to be on-site at client location 2-3 days each week
- Proven sales / business development metrics
