Job Title : IT HelpDesk Support Specialist
Location : Dallas, TX, 75244 (Hybrid)
Duration : 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate : $20 to $23 an hour on W2
Job Description : Position Overview :
This position is crucial in providing technical and operational support to Clinician Network (Providers) and internal employee groups. The clinician network consists of healthcare professionals, such as Nurse Practitioners and Doctors, who provide home healthcare services using the mobile application. The application helps manage medical screenings, medications, patient information, and scheduling during appointments. As the First Point of Contact, this role directly impacts providers and employees by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring effective technical support..
Responsibilities :
- Provide day-to-day technical and application support for both external clinician networks and internal employees.
- Engage with customers through ticketing systems, inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
- Resolve issues with Apple iPad, iOS, and application support for clinicians.
- Troubleshoot and support MacOS, Windows OS devices, Dell Peripherals, and Logitech webcams for internal employees.
- Respond to, coordinate, and monitor hardware fulfillment requests for laptops, tablets, iPads, and PC peripherals.
- Escalate and manage tickets that need to be transferred to other departments.
- Keep customers and ticket documentation updated.
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects as needed.
- Occasionally work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
