Job Title: Jr Test Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA/ Tempe, AZ- Fully remote
Work Model: Primarily remote, but candidates must reside in or near Tempe or Atlanta in case occasional office presence is required
Duration: 12 months Contract with possible extension
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour on W2

Top 5 Skill Sets:
- Payments industry experience
- Credit card terminal testing experience
- Basic coding knowledge (e.g., scripting fundamentals – not writing scripts or programming)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role
- Focus on detail, problem-solving and investigation skills required.
- Knowledge of Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.) and Interac operation rules and regulations.
- Provide technical advice, support and guidance to developers and Product Team.
- Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third party processors, Project Managers, Sales and other business areas.
- Test and analyze POS systems with test plans, test kits and test cards, execute tests on POS systems against compliance from the payment requirements of Master Card, Visa Card, Debit Card, American Express, Discover other Card and Credit card companies.
- No hardware testing: all testing is conducted via third-party platforms
- Responsibilities include responding to technical emails across multiple inboxes, reviewing and correcting message formats
- Role focuses on analysis of testing results (manual testing, but this role does not perform the testing itself)
