Job Title: Outreach Coordinator
Location: Franklin, MA 02038
Duration: 4 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $21.65/hr.
Job Description:
Ability to assist veterans in setting goals and creating Individual Recovery Plans (IRPs) based on intake and assessment.
- The candidate should have the ability to represent the SAVE and/or SERVE Team at Continuum of Care, various task forces, and interagency or intra-department meetings.
- This position involves identifying case management meetings and relevant training sessions, seminars, conferences and professional development courses
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint software programs proficiently
