Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite required, as needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Lead to manage and oversee our Enabling Processes. This role involves both project leadership and business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, create project plans, and ensure smooth execution. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills rather than deep technical expertise in systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to understand business needs and objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Drive project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Analyze and manage people-related data such as annual performance reviews and organizational health metrics.
Experience:
- 2 years of business analysis experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Nice to have: Experience with Canva, Planner, and Azure.
This role does not require extensive technical expertise in IT systems; instead, it focuses on project management and business analysis skills.
