We are seeking a skilled QA Deviation Reviewer to join our team. This individual will own records, deviation, and investigations, review and approve the records, conduct root cause analysis, and implement quality management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and reviewing records of deviations and investigations
- Approving records and conducting root cause analysis
- Implementing quality management systems using tools like Veeva vault and TrackWise
- Utilizing fish bowl diagrams for root cause analysis
- Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations
- Reviewing cell therapy-related records (a plus)
- Providing input on process improvements and enhancements
