Job Title : SAP Business Analyst – Finance
Location : Woodcliff Lake, NJ, 07677
Duration : 6-Months Contract
Pay Rate : $50 to $54 an hour on W2
Job Description : Position Overview :
The PMO Analyst is responsible for providing project management support and analysis to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the organization. The PMO Analyst works closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize project performance.
The Finance SAP Project User is responsible for testing and validating the functionality of SAP systems and applications within the organization. This role works closely with the IT team, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP-related solutions.
Main Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the finance team and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements, ensuring SAP aligns with organizational needs.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new SAP financial features or modules.
- Provide support to finance users on the effective use of SAP for financial management.
- Identify and report issues or errors within SAP financial modules and work with the Project team to resolve them.
- Assist in the implementation and rollout of new SAP financial features and modules.
- Serve as a point of contact for finance-related SAP inquiries and support.
- Execute comprehensive tests to validate the functionality of SAP financial modules, configurations, and integrations.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) on SAP financial systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues found during testing, working with the IT and development teams to resolve them.
- Serve as a liaison between subject matter experts and the IT department, effectively communicating testing results and requirements.
- Support in developing training materials and sessions for finance end-users on SAP financial modules.
