Job Title: Agile Program Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ (or) Charlotte, NC (preferred)
Contract Type: **Only W2**
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven and thorough 10-15 year s experience as a Project Manager, particularly in the financial technology sector and preferably with the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
- Strong understanding of project/program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Demonstrated ability to manage individual projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience managing software development, integration, and deployment projects on the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
- Knowledge of financial services and banking industry standards.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern software development practices.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
