Job Title : Administration Specialist (Data Processor)
Location : Des Moines, IA
Duration : 4-6 weeks
Pay range : $20 / Hr to $27 / Hr on W2
Job Description : Qualifications :
- Work the back log of leads that were generated by clients starting the transfer of assets from an old 401k plan into their new client 401k plan but did not complete the process and thus the transfer did not occur.
- Get the lead assigned to them, check various systems to ensure that the lead is still viable and has not been completed.
- Go into another computer system and vis protocol instructions set that participant up for an automated phone call at a future date.
- There is not internal or external engagementit is just the checking of systems per lead and next steps based on those findings ideally 30-35 per hour processed once up and running.
