Job Title : Administrative Clerk

Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85007

Duration : 6-Months Contract

Pay Rate : $19 to $20 on W2

Job Description : Position Overview :

Provide high-level administrative support to the division under the direction of the Support Services Manager, handling front desk tasks, and coordination with all levels of management. Act as a liaison with external agencies, manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including badge access, and meticulous record-keeping. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for accuracy and collaborate with support teams to maintain efficient and accurate record management.

Responsibilities :

• Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including managing badge access and ServiceNow tickets.
• Act as a liaison with external agencies and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication.
• Maintain and update records with accuracy, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize administrative tasks while handling multiple responsibilities and interruptions.
• Communicate effectively to address variances and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with support teams to maintain efficient operations and record management systems.
