Job Title : Customer Service, Client Support Rep
Location : South Jordan, UT 84095 (Hybrid)
Duration : 6 Months Contract (Possible extension)
Pay Rate : $20 to $21.99 an hour on W2
Job Description :
Client Support Service Professionals are responsible for handling incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries related to accounts. They will provide accurate and efficient responses while consistently meeting key performance metrics. The role covers areas such as Cash Management products and services, client website and mobile app support, and general account or financial inquiries. Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, a strong commitment to career growth, and a passion for providing World-Class Service.
