Job Title : Document Fulfillment Specialist
Location : Urbandale, IA
Duration : 18 Months contract
Pay rate : $17 / Hr on W2
Job Description :
Essential Functions :
- Lists major actions performed in the job.
- Describes what occurs and the reason the action is taken.
- Provides impact of each action by indicating percentage of time spent performing the functions.
- Regular and predictable attendance is a required function of this position.
- Perform various tasks and operate equipment within the department.
- Work produced with high quality and timely delivery.
- Receive and process work requests from various entry points.
- Correctly transfer work to the next production step.
- Mentor new hires and less experienced staff.
- Cross train on other equipment and functions within the department.
- Track, record and document work processed through automated and manual systems.
- Utilize appropriate equipment, tools, systems and resources efficiently and effectively to complete work.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as required.
