Job Title : Event Coordinator
Duration : 12 Months Contract
Location : Boston, MA 02210
Pay Rate : $42.00 / hr.
Job Description :
- The event coordinator will support the client experience team program managers within the overall SPDR client experience plan.
- The Events / Conference coordinator will work collaboratively & maintains relationships with key partners and stakeholders across the business.
- Handle program deliverables, including marketing communications, collateral, registration / invitation copy / promotions, event logistics and sales communications.
- Submit event invoices and manage the event budget tracker.
- Support smaller industry conference deliverables through booth coordination and premiums.
- Provide on-site support for additional events needed.
- Maintain the events / conferences calendar with dates, costs, venues etc.
- Maintain premiums / Harte Hanks; maintain quantities, stock and refresh items on Harte Hanks and Salesforce
