Job Title : Finance Operations Specialist
Location : Bentonville, AR-74712 USA
Duration : 6 months contract
Work Schedule : Hybrid (4 days in office, 1-day WFH)
Pay Rate : $27 / hr. on w2
Job Description :
Overall Responsibilities :
Support the Financial Analyst and Operations team by inputting claims (price protection, trailing credits, pricing differences, and post audits) into SAP. Collaborate with the Financial Analyst to track conditions and ensure claims are submitted. Work with the Operations team to investigate OTIF Claims and provide support for inputting claims.
Specific Responsibilities Include :
- Input claim details into SAP, working toward 100% completion each month.
- Ensure timely analysis, response, and communication involving claim deductions, Co-ops, and Post Audit Claims.
- Participate in the cross-functional annual planning process to achieve desired business results.
- Work with Operations and Logistics teams to review possible OTIF / SQEP claims, secure POD information, and submit disputes in Walmart Dot Coms TSP portal.
