Pay Rate : $32.96 / hr.
Job Description :
- Manages the staffing requisition / job posting process on the state internal hiring system, by reviewing requisitions submitted for accuracy and compliance, guiding hiring managers on process steps, launching the approval process and posting the requisitions to ensure quality recruitment.
- Manages the candidate pools; vets the recommended candidates by assessing candidates profiles / credentials and submitting selected applicants for background checks.
- Recommends salaries for approval by following state guidelines or bargaining unit contracts.
- Conducts quality assurance reviews of all hiring recommendations to ensure procedural compliance.
- Conducts internal projects and information requests that involve the review and analysis of personnel information, preparation of findings and recommendations.
