We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment".Job Title : Nursing Facility AdministratorLocation : Phoenix, AZ, 85012Duration : 12 Months ContractPay Rate : $60 to $62 an hour on W2Job Description : This position provides leadership, financial management, and oversight for a Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility serving Arizonas veterans. It ensures the effective and efficient use of resources to maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each veteran. The role involves developing and implementing goals, objectives, programs, projects, policies, and procedures, enforcing compliance with all regulatory requirements, and building relationships with federal and Client agencies, Veteran Service Organizations, and community groups. The administrator also implements and monitors Arizona Management System (AMS) methods for continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and direct the overall activities of multiple long-term care / skilled nursing facilities / client Veterans Homes.
- Interpret and apply rules and regulations pertaining to the operation of long-term care / skilled nursing / Client Veteran Home.
- Develop policies and procedures for the facility.
- Enforce department and facility policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Build collaborative relationships with federal and Client agencies, Veteran Service Organizations, and other community service groups.
- Learn, implement, and monitor AMS methods for problem-solving and continuous improvement.Required Skills :
- Managing and directing activities of long-term care / skilled nursing facilities / Client Veterans Homes.

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the administration of skilled nursing facilities.Required Education :
