Job Title : Power BI Data Analyst - Store Operations

Location : Framingham, MA, 01701 - Remote

Duration : 3 months

Pay rate : $45hr $46.42 hr on W2 AI

Job Description : Notes :

3 month assignment
Self-starter, someone who works well with the team and independently
36.25 hr work week
Potential to be extended and we'd like to target convertible talent. The position is not temp to perm however the possibility may come up elsewhere within the organization.

Description :

Create Power BI dashboards for Store Operations. The analyst will work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reports that support field & store teams.

Responsibilities :

Partners with various business partners to source data from various data sets

Identifies new reporting opportunities & creates reports based on business need

Designs reports and data bases

Training for end users on reporting

Documents process flow of reporting

Demonstrates a keen understanding of data; identifies and translates the connections and core issues to operational and financial controls.

Special projects and other duties as assigned

Supports ad-hoc reporting as needed

Work closely with the business to improve the data collection and quality

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree Required (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)

3-5 years of professional experience

Intermediate to advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel experience

Advanced Analytical skills

Off-price model understanding

Good understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture

Experience working with large datasets to extract, manipulate and analyze performance using business intelligence tools
