Primary Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage staffing activities within a designated region, partnering with operational management to develop and execute cost-effective staffing initiatives that support both regional and corporate business objectives.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate talent pipelines through networking and colleague referrals.
Leverage internet mining and talent databases to source candidates.Maintain a competitor candidate database.Implement and manage a candidate relationship pipeline strategy.Technology & Systems :Utilize modern staffing technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Train hiring managers and HR personnel on Taleo Talent Management System.Stay updated with system enhancements and provide training on updates.Recruitment & Budget Management :Screen, interview, and assess job applicants.
Maintain an applicant database using Taleo.Track key staffing metrics, regional hiring trends, and retention rates.Manage the recruiting budget efficiently, including advertising and third-party recruiter contracts.Training & Development :Train and mentor hiring managers on behavioral interviewing techniques.
Support HR team members in staffing best practices.Additional Responsibilities :Assist in organizational quality initiatives.
Perform other assigned duties.Travel as required.Qualifications
Citizenship Requirement : Must be a U.S. Citizen.Education : Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Human Resources, or related field).Experience :2-3 years of recruitment-related work experience.
Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment, especially for high-volume roles.Preferred background in healthcare and call center recruiting.Skills & Knowledge :Strong understanding of employment laws and e-recruiting systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
