The specialist leverages social media, advanced sourcing techniques, employer branding, and cold-calling to identify active and passive candidates.
Essential Functions :
Proactive Talent Sourcing :
Develops and implements strategies for sourcing candidates through social media, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach such as cold-calling.
Maintains tracking mechanisms to enhance sourcing efficacy in competitive talent markets.
Sourcing Strategy Development :
Creates functional processes using boolean search techniques, job boards, and other tools to meet staffing goals.
Analyzes the effectiveness of sourcing channels and builds relationships with diverse professional networks.
Collaborative Talent Presentation :
Works with broader talent acquisition teams to educate staff and stakeholders on competitive market challenges.
Provides sourcing support during candidate presentation and selection processes.
Additional Functions :
Supports the organizations quality programs.
Performs additional duties and travels as necessary.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors degree (preferred).
Experience : Minimum of 4 years in recruiting or equivalent education / experience; previous sourcing experience preferred.
