Job Title : Splunk Administrator

Location : Santa Clara, CA (Fully remote- candidates in PST preferred)

Duration : 3 Months (Possibility of extension depending on business need)

Schedule : M-F 8 AM- 5 PM (40 hrs / week)

Pay Rate Range : $85 / hr - $90 / hr

Notes :

Candidate will primarily serve as the subject matter expert and can be the authority for Splunk; does not need to be a developer or a super admin
The team member going on leave is the lead on all Splunk matters in the team
Team has current infra support that the candidate can depend on if needed.
In addition to having extensive Splunk experience, some experience with CRIBL is a plus.
Another plus would be candidates comfortable in Scrum and Agile environments.
Experience in ServiceNow preferred - checking and responding to tickets, etc.

Job Description :

Our team runs the on-prem instances of Splunk for client. We need a knowledgeable Splunk Administrator / SME to take care of day-to-day operational tasks related to user provisioning supporting customers with questions. This person may also be requested to weigh in some architectural decision-making.

Education :

Level of education is not important but a BS in something technical or equivalent experience is good.

Experience :

5 years as a Splunk Administrator preferred

Certifications are not required but would be a bonus
