Job Title : Corporate Technical Recruiter
Location : Phoenix, AZ, 85007
Duration : 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate : $35 to $37 an hour on W2
Job Description :
As a Talent Team Partner, you will collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement hiring strategies. Your responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates, reviewing resumes and applications, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating onboarding efforts with the Talent Team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with hiring managers to create and execute recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles, including technical (IT) and executive positions
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate applicant qualifications
- Manage multiple requisitions while maintaining organization and efficiency
- Utilize recruiting software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Report on hiring progress and collaborate with Talent Team personnel
- Support and improve hiring practices, including social media recruiting strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience Required :
At least 3 years in technical (IT) and executive-level recruitment
