What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entrepreneur in Residence position at AskNeo Media?

AskNeo. Media helps startups grow by serving as a fractional Head of Growth for Seed to Series-C companies.
Our business model is the antithesis of traditional marketing agencies: clients pay us a subscription fee and a percentage of revenue share. The subscription covers our costs, and we only profit when we generate revenue for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- build & refine growth strategy for b2b & b2c clients
- build & manage growth stack / CRMs
- increase traffic, conversions, SQLs, revenue
- run paid media campaigns (meta, SEM, etc)
- run retargeting campaigns (email/sms/ads)
- collaborate with creative & production teams
- set weekly & monthly OKRs
- build & present weekly & monthly KPI reports
Bonus:
- create & run guerilla marketing campaigns with creative & production teams
Stack & Tools:
- meta ads, meta business suite, SEO, SEM, google analytics, etc.
- shopify, hubspot, klavyio, google workspace, monday, customer.io, askneo.io, etc.
Requirements:
- minimum 5y experience working in an agency role or with multiple clients
- proven track record working with paid campaigns and increasing revenue
- perfect spoken & written english
Evolution of the role:
- Possibility to quickly evolve into Account Director or Head of Growth for the right candidate.
- Possibility to get revenue share & commissions from all revenue generated

New York area only (do not apply if you live outside the NY/NJ area)
