BSME a must Advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferable but not required.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external relationships.
The Program Manager will have:
* Financial Controls - assuring Programs are performed within specific Program award budgets
* Schedule Controls - that assure on time contract performance with the appropriate resources allocated to meet changing contract requirements
* Contractual Submittals - that assure timely production of documents, reports and program updates per specific contract reporting requirements
* Customer Relations – Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new customers.
* Other important elements for success are a clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques and manufacturing procedures.
* A thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques is required
experience managing complex Programs, with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communications techniques are a must.
BSME (or equivalent engineering degree) preferred

5 years exp for PM
8 years of exp for SR PM
