Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a blend of inside sales and customer service duties, where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for existing customers. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, have strong communication skills, and be adept at both selling and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the main contact for clients, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing product information and advice, order status updates, and assistance with inquiries or issues.

Order Processing:

  • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time delivery of products to clients.
  • Address any order-related issues, such as discrepancies, delays, or returns.

Inside Sales:

  • Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to follow up on leads and nurture prospects.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for customers and external sales staff.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, their application and services to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.
  • Providing customers with guidance on product features, benefits, and usage to meet their needs.
  • Assisting in identifying the right product configurations or customizations based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with ASLAN sales team and ASLAN R&D to address highly technical inquiries or special requests.
  • Stay up to date with product updates and changes to effectively assist clients.

Issue Resolution:

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, including product complaints, shipping problems, and billing discrepancies, in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, warehouse, and other departments to meet customer expectations and resolve customer-related issues.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure all customer-related documentation is complete and up-to-date.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and German/Spanish is a bonus. We encourage you to apply even if you are not bilingual.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM management (Infor, Zoho), Quickbooks.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a bonus.
  • Knowledge in the sign-making, large format printing, window film, and/or printing industry is a plus.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing sales activities.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

 

Pay: $35,000 – 40,000 USD sales bonus opportunities

Work Setting:

In-person. HQ in the US is located in Tulsa, OK.

Salary : $35,000 - $40,000
