Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the cleanliness of the facility's public areas, office spaces, locker rooms, break rooms, and common use spaces.
- Keep assigned areas and applicable equipment in good working condition.
- Transferring product to concession stands/carts.
- Assist in pre-event setup through various duties.
- Assist in post event breakdown.
- Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.
- Proactively approach guests that may have a question, difficulty, or complaint.
- Handle complaints, disturbances, or related problems with guests in an effective manner. Forward complaint to Supervisor or Event Manager as applicable.
- Ensure guests are following all policies and code of conduct requirements.
- Keep aisles, concourses, and stairs clear of guests while event is in progress.
- Identify and respond to emergencies, involving Security or Supervisors as appropriate.
- Remain calm and direct guests to the designated area of safety in the event of an emergency.
