Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Receives payments from customers and make accurate change.
- Balancing cash and credit card payments.
- Direct guests to parking spaces.
- Control traffic that enters and exits lots.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
Skills and Abilities
- Cash handling experience.
- Basic working knowledge of food and beverage
- Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money.
- Positive attitude and neat appearance.
- Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner
- Positive customer service oriented attitude at all times
- Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift
- Understand and follow simple instructions
- Work with minimal supervision
- Tolerant to work under adverse outdoor conditions including extreme heat or cold and exposure to heavy dust and/or dirt.
