What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chef de Partie - Raising Cane's River Center position at ASM Global?
The Raising Cane's River Center is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to work in our Facility in Baton Rouge, LA. The position is Part-Time event based and requires a flexible schedule, which includes some weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Leading the cooks in the preparation and execution of Banquet Event Orders. Independently running a team on projects to insure the success of large catering events.
- Control and maintain the food production and ensure adherence to recipes and dish guidelines.
- Identify training needs, suggest operational improvements and assist in cleanings before, during, and after food preparation periods.
- Maintain food quality and presentation.
- Lead and support a multi-cultural team, enforce specific job responsibilities, and provide inspiring Leadership.
- Ensure that food preparations and storage are in line with all public health policies and company regulations and maintain "clean as you go" work habits.
Qualifications
Working Conditions : Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours. Physical requirements of walking, lifting, and standing.
