We are looking for a Finance / Accounting Intern to be a part of our Finance Department at our Stockton Managed Facilities (Adventist Health Arena, Bob Hope Theatre, Oak Park Ice Rink, Stockton Ballpark and Stockton Marina) . You will work closely with our finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities. This internship will provide you with a wide range of accounting experience, from bank transactions to financial report preparation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, record, and reconcile daily bank transactions into the general ledger.
• Process accounts payable in compliance with the Association's policies and procedures.
• Complete all assigned monthly, quarterly, and year-end close task accurately and timely.
• Prepare financial reports and statements.
• Assist other departments with requests, including but not limited to re-issuing and / or voiding checks.
• Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Desired Qualifications and Skills

Compensation : $16.00 per hour
