What are the responsibilities and job description for the GAME ROOM MANAGER position at ASM Global?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Schedule staff
- Aid in the in hiring and training of staff
- Ensure equipment is in safe, working order
- Schedule private parties
- Respond to inquiries on space and rentals
- Interact with building staff
- Enthusiastically greet and welcome our guests into the gaming center
- Guide our guests through their game rental and concession purchase
- Collect payments for experience purchase
- Stock and manage concession inventory, when applicable
- Play games in our venue to learn key details that help us better serve our customers
- Set up / breakdown party room and assist customers with ongoing event as needed
- Sanitize equipment after each use
- General cleaning around the gaming center, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom duties, stocking supplies, take out trash, etc.
- Ensure safety of guests and equipment, as well as enforce pandemic regulations

This is a part time position (10-29 hours / week) mainly evenings and weekends. Training is provided. The current hours of the Bendix Arena Gaming Center are noted below. Shifts would start 30 minutes before and likely end 30 minutes after times noted below.
