T-MobileCenter is seeking a proactive self-starter to Intern with the Event team. This individual must be a fast learner with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This opportunity will provide experiential knowledge for degree-seeking students who are interested in pursuing a career in finance. Prefer applicants with strong interests in the sports or music industries.

Job Duties:
- Support departmental projects by conducting research, analysis, and assisting with the execution of tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
- Assist in developing reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Learn and navigate relevant software, tools, and systems used by the department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and data entry.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance your skills.
- 18 years of age.
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Demonstrate organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite and ability to learn and apply new systems and processes quickly.
- Possess professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Interest in developing skills and troubleshooting abilities.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting as well as work independently.
- Utilize problem-solving, time management and follow-up skills, including working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends). Minimum of 15-20 hours a week.
