THE ROLE
We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our team! As the People & Culture Intern, you will be responsible for helping the HR department develop, execute, and coordinate internal programs and initiatives. In addition, you will work closely with our partners to create a new secret shop program, utilizing new standards and data metrics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks. 
  • Maintain strong, positive employee relations through interactions with all levels of the organization.
  • Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Assisting with on-boarding new hires, including processing new hire paperwork
  • Assists department in conducting various HR programs and procedures for all company employees.
  • Play a key role in developing and executing a new secret shop program for all stadium partners
  • Receive input from all levels of the organization to ensure development and growth are at the forefront of a new secret shop program.
  • Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications and Skills 
  • Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Human Resources or Business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions
  • Able to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Location: State Farm Stadium, 1 Cardinals Dr., Glendale, AZ 85305
