THE ROLE
We are looking for a People & Culture Intern to join our team! As the People & Culture Intern, you will be responsible for helping the HR department develop, execute, and coordinate internal programs and initiatives. In addition, you will work closely with our partners to create a new secret shop program, utilizing new standards and data metrics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain strong, positive employee relations through interactions with all levels of the organization.
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Assisting with on-boarding new hires, including processing new hire paperwork
- Assists department in conducting various HR programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Play a key role in developing and executing a new secret shop program for all stadium partners
- Receive input from all levels of the organization to ensure development and growth are at the forefront of a new secret shop program.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of undergraduate sophomore or junior year at an undergraduate college or university working towards a 4-year degree preferably in Human Resources or Business
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail- orientated and can efficiently multi-task
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide high quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions
- Able to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
