Logistics Manager

We are hiring for the position of Business Development & Project Manager in Logistics based in Savannah, GA. This is a full-time hybrid role within a growing logistics branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics sector to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Oversee and manage ongoing logistics projects, focusing on steel, oversized, and heavy cargo, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget.
• Maintain project timelines and budget adherence, while adapting to changing project needs.
• Coordinate with global teams to align on shared goals and drive project success.
• Build and maintain close customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer care and service.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in business development and project logistics, break bulk shipping, abnormal haulage, with a solid understanding of the project logistics and shipping industries.
• Proven skills in negotiation, communication, and strategic problem-solving.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in project management and budgeting in the break bulk logistics sector.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to find innovative solutions.
• Extensive network of suitable logistical partners in the break bulk industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a structured approach to managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to build positive client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in German or Spanish is beneficial.
