In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing pre-construction, estimating, and all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. Your duties will include managing change orders, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be involved in architectural design, estimating, and proposal development.
The ideal candidate will have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and a background in electrical or engineering. Experience with procurement, strategy development, and negotiation is a plus. Military veterans with a construction background are encouraged to apply.
