CSR - Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive relationship with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Utilize phone etiquette to manage calls efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed assistance.

Skills

• Strong client services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and communicate effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Competent in using computer systems for data management and customer interactions.

Pay: $19.78 - $22.70 per hour
