Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center, supporting our e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities

Utilize an RF scanner to accurately pick items from stock based on customer orders.
Operate pallet jacks and reach trucks to transport products within the warehouse.
Ensure proper packing of items to prevent damage during shipping.
Maintain an organized inventory by adhering to warehouse management systems.
Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies as needed.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems, such as AS400.
Ability to operate pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
