Quality Control/Packer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and meet quality standards. This position requires adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance practices, making it essential for candidates to be familiar with industry standards such as HACCP, CGMP, and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products according to specifications and ensure proper labeling.
• Conduct quality inspections using various tools including micrometers and vision inspection systems.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, CGMP, and other quality assurance standards.
• Assist in the collection of research data related to packing processes.
• Participate in quality audits and contribute to the improvement of quality systems.
• Operate coordinate measuring machines as needed for precise measurements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely packaging of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety guidelines.

Experience

• Previous experience in a packing or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with HACCP, QA/QC, CGMP standards is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers and coordinate measuring machines.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and conducting quality audits is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.93 - $20.45 per hour
