Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in face-to-face interactions at various events and marketing initiatives
- Provide product/service demonstrations and answer customer inquiries to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend solutions that meet their individual requirements
- Represent the company in a professional manner and positively contribute to our competitive culture
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and exceed performance targets
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required (we provide comprehensive training!)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
