Job Summary
The Publishing Services team is a vital supportive operational link between the publishing, production, and distribution divisions of Asmodee. As the Publishing Services Account Representative, you will act as a pillar between the studios (CATAN Studio, Office Dog, Unexpected Games, Z-Man Games), the distributions units, the Supply Chain, and the various centers of expertise to better serve the group performance and simplify their operations.
What will your role involve
- Represent select Asmodee studio’s product lines (CATAN Studio, Office Dog, Unexpected Games, Z-Man Games).
- Facilitate sales and growth of studio products internationally.
- Organize call for POs on a regular basis.
- Develop and maintain existing relationships with Asmodee distribution units worldwide via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain data integrity and project timelines across multiple platforms.
- Communicate key information such as release schedules, reprint schedules, and announcement dates to key partners within the company.
- Ensure the flawless execution of projects within logistics and supply chain, from procurement to delivery.
- Work jointly with data analysts to make and guide strategic decisions, evaluate long-term opportunities to support business strategy, financial performance, and forecasting.
- Manage territory restrictions of specific product lines.
- All other duties as assigned by management.

- Willing and able to travel internationally up to 15% of the time, occasionally on short notice.
- Must be eligible to obtain a passport.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
- One to three years of international sales or account management experience is preferred; not required.
- Product knowledge is preferred; not required.
- Fluency in French is preferred, not required.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, market conditions and specific work location. Base Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000.
