We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a passion for providing quality patient care.
Duties
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status to the nursing staff
- Document patient information accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems efficiently
Requirements
- Previous experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or inpatient settings is preferred
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia care, geriatrics, and behavioral health is a plus
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a CNA program
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
