Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating
- Take and record vital signs
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Experience
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of medical documentation and HIPAA regulations
- Experience in caring for individuals across the lifespan, including children, seniors, and individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to phlebotomize
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in critical care, senior care, hospital medicine
- Familiarity with medical records management
