ASP America's Swimming Pool Company is expanding our Customer Service Department! We are looking for customer-service sales representative to schedule appointments, provide our services and products to customers, provide pricing, and assist our customers with a positive attitude, accuracy and efficiency. This position is the first line, day-to-day communicator with the majority of our customers. Managing customer schedules and needs, inquiries and complaints are the primary responsibilities of the position. You must stay abreast of frequent changes in product availability, services offered, and scheduling. You will be empowered to control and communicate information as necessary to meet excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Establish relationships with customers by assisting with phone orders.
- Understand the needs of the customer and learn their expectations
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information in response to customer inquiries.
- Accurately perform data entry of sales orders to generate invoices; and will make follow up calls to existing customers and to solicit additional business.
- ORGANIZATION is a MUST
Position Requirements:

- Good phone and active listening skills
- Communicating via e-mail.
- Template for contracts.
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide appropriate and timely follow up
- Strong ability to ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals.
- Ability to work as part of a team on periodic projects.
Pool industry experience preferred.
